Duplicate SMS notifications for single incident

With an on-call schedule with one person scheduled at all times, a single incident sends two SMS messages to the on-call person. One comes from 43105 and another from 73889.

When an incident is ACK’d or resolved, both of those numbers send updates to the on-call person.

Incident timeline shows a single notification sent to the on-call person but they receive two messages.

What can I change to have a single SMS sent instead of duplicates?

What was the solution here? I am experiencing the same issue.

I switched from using a Google Voice number to my carrier’s number. No more duplicates at the cost of less convenience.
