Changing impacted service after creating incident


Is it possible to change the impacted service after it has been created?

Not to create a new one, as it adds an extra work, it would be really great if there was a possibility to dynamically change it at any given time.

For now, changing possibilities are very limited.

It is not possible to change the technical service name once the incident is created. There are open feature requests for this, if you’d like to add your company, please send a request into your account team or support.
