For an escalation policy we would love a call-down list ex
Human 1 - Oncall Currently
Human 2 - Next Oncall
Human 3 - Oncall in 2 xtimeframe
If Human 1 doesnt respond can it just go down the list and try Human 2 and if they don’t respond then try Human 3? I’d love to be able to do this without having to manage and maintain an N schedule with N escalation policies.
