Calling out all real-time ops enthusiasts in the Boston area! Join the first PagerDuty User Group in Boston, at Wayfair's Headquarters and connect with fellow PagerDuty users, share your experiences, and learn new ways to maximize the power of digital operations. It's a space where technical leaders and practitioners come together to collaborate, solve challenges, and get inspired by each other's successes.

What can you expect of a PagerDuty User Group?
User groups focus solely on learning and growth—no sales pitches, just real conversations about what works (and sometimes, what doesn’t!). You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into topics like incident management, automation, and DevOps best practices, while building meaningful connections with peers.

Who Can Join?
Anyone who is a user of PagerDuty is welcome—system administrators, DevOps professionals, IT managers, and anyone involved in incident management and response. It’s a place to share ideas, the good, the bad, and the ugly (though we’re aiming for mostly good!).
