Why are on-call notifications only limited to 48 hours in advance



I want to get notified before I go on-call, but PD only allows setting notifications up to 48 hours in advance. If I go on call on Monday, I can get a notification no earlier than Saturday which is not ideal - I’d like to get it on a working day.
