I am trying integrate WebEx Team space with PagerDuty and I am getting “Warning: connection doesn’t work” when I try to setup PagerDuty Bot Workflows for authorizing PagerDuty by providing connection Label and API key. I am not sure what is the problem. Can someone please help?
We don’t have any reports of customers coming across this error as a precedent of what this may be. I believe the issue may be the REST API key you’re attempting to use though. Can you please confirm that you’re a Global admin or the Account Owner of your account and that you generated this REST API key as directed below and that it’s not read-only?
Yes, I confirm that I am an admin of the account and API key that i generated is full access type key.
We will need further information from your account so that we can look into this. Could you please email firstname.lastname@example.org with two pieces of information:
- The last 4 characters of your REST API key.
- A timestamp (including timezone) for when you received the above error.
