Set incident priority from event severity

Dear all,

it’s clear from Event API2 Parameters and Adding priority to events created with the Events API V2 that you cannot directly set the priority of the incident from the severity on the payload of the trigger method.

In the latest link, there’s a suggestion to use the “Event Rules” to map severity to urgency but the only actions I have available at the “Create Event Rule” view are “Suppress” and “Set Severity”, no way to set the Urgency.

Am I missing something?

Thanks for reaching out. From a quick look at your account it seems that you don’t have the Modern Incident Response add on which would give you Priorities - explaining why its not an option right now.
