Notification about automatic resolution

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding automatic resolution of am incident:

Prometheus integration created an incident in PageDuty,
People were assigned to an incident
Than after some time, Prometheus integration resolved the incident,
But no notification was sent to anybody that an incident was closed

How can we fix this ?
Can we configure somehow to send a notification to assignee and subscribers, that issue were resolved ?



It is possible for the assignee to configure this within the Notification Rules
of the Assignee. The section is When any of my high-urgency incidents change… With this is in place, the assignee will be notified about any change in status of the Incident.
Another option would be to resort to say, a communication extension like Slack to be kept abreast of the changes to the Incident.
