Every week we do a review of the incidents from the previous week. One of the tasks is to ensure that all incidents have a postmortem. Is there a way to include the postmortem in the incident list? Currently we have to do the tedious work of bringing up the list of incidents and list of postmortems in separate windows and comparing them to make sure all are accounted for.
Postmortems can only be viewed from the Postmortems page, and aren’t included in any of the Analytics reports. I see how including them in reports would help, so if you could explain what you’d like to see, I’d be happy to pass along that feedback to our Product team!
