How to change pagerduty incident priority? Please help.
You can change the priority of an already triggered incident by navigating to an incident in the WEB UI and then choosing a new priority level from the dropdown menu pictured below:
This Priority option is on the top right-hand side of the UI when viewing an incident. You can also edit the priority of an already triggered incident from the Mobile App. Please see the Prioritizing an Incident section of our Knowledge Base which provides further illustrated guidance on how to make changes to incident priority
