How to change Impacted Service in an existing ticket without manually triggering?

It’s not possible to move an incident into another service once it is created.

The best work-around I can think of would be to create a new incident into the respective service that creates alerts and incidents and move the alert from the original incident to the new one.

If the purpose of moving the incident is to have another escalation policy assigned to it, you can reassign the incident to another user or escalation policy.
