I have integrated Remedyforce (via email integration) with PagerDuty, but the Priority level is not automatically chosen although from Remedy side is selected. Is there a way to auto-sync Priority in Pagerduty?
you can set the priority of an incident by using Global Event Rules. When creating the Global Event Rule, you’ll need to specify the service in the
Alert Behavior and then the option to
Change the priority of the incident will appear and you can select a priority from the drop-down to the right, which would then create incidents of appropriate priority.
