How can one change ones's username in PD?

I accidentally signed up for my corporate invitation using my personal email address. Though this doesn’t affect escalations, I need to fix this. Would anyone have any suggestions please?

I’m very new to the product so don’t know if this a user, corporate or support change.


You can update your login email address by logging into your account and following these steps:

  1. From any page, click on your user icon in the upper-right corner and select My Profile from the dropdown menu to navigate to your user page.

  2. From your user page, click the User Settings tab.

  3. In your User Settings tab, click the edit icon next to your Login Email and update the Login Email field.

  4. To confirm the changes, enter your password and click Save.
