I work for Onix Networking. We primarly provide 3rd party support for Google’s enterprise product G Suite, however we are branching out into providing support for other products now including Search, Chrome, and Custom Applications. I manage our ticketing system (FreshDesk) and implemented the integration between FreshDesk & PagerDuty. We use PagerDuty during our on call hours / non-staffed hours.

The “other products” part doesn’t actually refer to Google App Maker as it’s already part of G Suite. We provide break/fix support for Google App Maker but not code review services. :smile:
