PagerDuty <> JIRA Cloud Field Sync

I created an integration between a PagerDuty Service and a JIRA Project. When I create an incident in PagerDuty, the fields sync to JIRA (Good)). If I create an incident in JIRA, it creates an incident in PagerDuty, and the fields sync to PagerDuty (Good). However, if I create an incident in JIRA, and then update a synced field in JIRA, it does not update the synced field in PagerDuty (Bad). The same problem occurs in reverse, so basically the only times fields sync is on a create, but never on an update. The one exception is the Status field changes between states and stays in sync, but none of the other fields sync with it. Any way to trigger a field on on a PagerDuty incident update?
