Unable to Edit Email Integration

Configured email integration for a service. Setup email filters to allow only certain users email addresses from triggering an incident.

Attempted to add a new rule, another user email address, and upon selecting Save it does not.
As a test, also attempted to change the Email Management radio button option, and upon selecting Save it does not.

Have a total of 5 rules with user email addresses.
Have Global Admin permissions, and am the user that setup the Service initially.

Any ideas why I can’t save and edit the integration?

We currently have a bug open for this. If you can open a ticket with us at support@pagerduty.com, we can link that ticket to our internal one so you get notified when the issue is resolved.
