Globally visible Incidents/Services/Teams

These days we’re setting up more globally relevant alerting - stuff that every PagerDuty user should be able to see, but I don’t want to have to add every user manually to a Team.

Is it possible to have some Services or Teams which are globally visible to any authenticated user? As Teams currently dictate visibility I’d expect the simplest way to do this is by adding a * to the Users list, but that means I’d need a separate “Global” Team to group these under, which feels weird.

There presently isn’t a feature available that functions in that way you have alluded to. However, if you could send an email to, we could get some more details and log it as a feature request with the product team.
