PagerDuty Incident worknote , priority, state is not sync with ServiceNow

Hello Team,

I require your assistance with synchronizing PagerDuty and ServiceNow. After submitting an incident in ServiceNow, I observed that the incident synchronizes with PagerDuty. However, when I update the worknote, change the priority and state in PagerDuty, and resolve the incident, these changes do not reflect in ServiceNow, and I also do not see any resolution code or state change. Could you please provide steps on how to resolve this synchronization issue?
