Freshservice Integration and Escalating/reassigning incidents


Using integration with Freshservice and the basic “send to pagerduty” function is working fine. Is there anyway that as an incident gets reassigned from group to group in FreshService it would automatically get escalated from schedule to schedule in Pagerduty?

Hi Mark,

As per our documentation, it does not look like there is any action associated with reassigning groups in Freshservice, however, there the opposite is true when it is reassigned from PagerDuty where it will leave a note in FreshService. I would be happy to pass this onto our product team to see if this can be added as a feature of the integration.
