Escallation policy which rotates through existing schedules

Scenario -
Multiple teams (of differing sizes) who each own an equal part in supporting a shared service.

What I want -
An escalation policy or schedule which results in a round robin rotation at the team level (Team A is on for one week, Team B the next week).

I’ve seen previous requests for this functionality but no viable work around in the meantime.
