Enforce resolution notes?

Any plans to enable required values on manual resolution of an incident? We’d like to make it so all manually resolved incident require a resolution note to be entered.

We appreciate your feedback here and can how you might like to see the option to enforce Resolution Notes, which appears as an option when resolving an incident in the web UI. We don’t have any plans right now to work this in as an option but by sharing your feedback here, it will help our Product Team gauge demand and prioritize accordingly!
