Custom incident action button not visible on all incindents

I created an action following https://support.pagerduty.com/docs/custom-incident-actions

https://pslinc.pagerduty.com/accounts_addons/PH8I2Q5?addonId=PZ5RU2P and assigned to the service created. But the button is still not visible on the incidents. I am using trial version. Ideally I should be able to see the button on all incidents at https://pslinc.pagerduty.com/incidents. Also when I click on service there is a red warning sign “Awaiting Response” What does this mean? does that mean it has invoked the action and waiting for the http api to respond? Also I am using http url as incident url. I hope https url is not compulsory.

OK I could see the button now. we need to click on one event and the button is there. List all incidents page doesn’t have the button.
