Can I add a billing contact to send my invoices to?

The account owner can add in a billing contact who will be CC’ed on all outgoing invoices. They will need to go to Configuration > Account Settings, scroll down to the Billing section and there is a field where they can enter an invoice email.

The account owner will still receive all invoices moving forward, but we will CC the billing contact on these each time we send them out.
