Is anyone else seeing an issue where all incidents that are generated by e-mail integration are coming through with blank details? I’ve logged a support ticket, but wondered if it was just us
Hi Hayley, thanks for checking if this was impacting others.
We’re working internally to get this back to working as desired. We confirmed the issue was not impacting all email integrations but those with duplicate email integration keys.
