Has anyone ever attempted to use the Jitterbit platform to transfer an incident from Helix ITSM to PagerDuty?
I haven’t heard of that in my work with customers. I hear more about customers using things like Zapier, IFTTT, etc. as an integration/mediation platform. I assume Jitterbit is the same.
It all comes down to understanding what Helix can send during the incident lifecycle - an email, a webhook, make an API call, run a script, etc. From there, we can explore options to bring that data into PagerDuty’s REST API to create, update, assign, close and incident.
If you’d like to explore how to do this, happy to help via this thread or direct email.
