Tracking "Problem" for currently non-resolvable incidents


We have a scenario where there are individual incidents per failure instance. We need to keep track of each of these separately as they are for distinct entities and thus can’t simply dedupe on the root cause. However, we attempted to merge these down to a singular incident and treat it basically like a “problem” / parent tracking device so that we can:

a) keep context of the individual issues
b) reduce clutter
c) use the parent to drive prioritization

The first question I have is whether there is a better mechanism of achieving this in PagerDuty? The second is that we seem to have hit a limit and are wondering why this exists or if there is a way to configure it.
