ServiceNow Priorities Integration - Cannot edit Impact/Urgency

I’ve integrated PD with Service Now. They are communicating and all tests passed. I’ve sync PagerDuty Priorties in service now. When I open any of the priorities P1-P5, I can only edit the PagerDuty urgency dropdown. Both Impact and Urgency do not have dropdown available.

Yes, I had to enable them in tables for x_pd_integration_pagerduty_priority
