Can we get the status updates for Pagerduty outages sent via the Slack app integration? We already have the app configured and notifications coming in, so this would be much easier than adding new Webhook processing, or anything else.
This is something that we are evaluating.
I’d love to get a bit more info from you about how you’d like this to work. Can you share your thoughts around how you would like to choose which Slack channel gets the updates? Are you using our Status Page capabilities at all?
