Remove 48 hour limit for on-call notifications

Can you point me to the existing feature request? That last one is locked? It doesn’t seem like you are actually tracking this as a feature request open for comment anymore. What are the steps that happen after I email you? What is the difference of making a request here vs sending this to support? As you can tell I am confused about the purpose of the feature requests here in the community space.
