Problem with Jira Cloud integration (Outbound integration must be an object containing properties id and type.)

I’m having problems with Jira Cloud integration. I’ve installed Jira Cloud extension for us pager duty as I’m in us region), installed Pager Duty extension in Jira, copied api key. Then, in Pager Duty I’ve pasted api key, and I’m on Integration setup page. Filled up all required fields, “create test issue” button works fine, it creating new issue in Jira. But then, after click “Save” I’m getting error: Outbound integration must be an object containing properties id and type.

Anyone could help me find what I’m doing wrong ? Attaching screenshots of configuration page along with visible error.

Maybe try enabling priorities (Account Owner must enable) and complete the mapping of priorities to see if that then allows you to save?

Unfortunatelly it did not help. Result is exactly the same :frowning:

Hi Have you found a solution for this problem? its still occurring on my end.

I am also having the same issue. Interested to see if there is a fix.

I’m also having the same problem, still no solution

Anyone found solution for this issue ?

same issue here
Also it doesn’t allow me to set priority map for Story

There are no priorities for the “Story” issue type.

when clicked Create Test Issue it creates a test Story in my jira but when clicked on Save button,
It says
Outbound integration must be an object containing properties id and type.
