PD with Service now developer instance integration isse

Hi Support team

My self and my service now admin have followed PD and Service now integration steps and all steps are completed succefully.

Now in PD service ,i have created extension with Service now url, username and password with the manual sync option.

Now for a triggered incident of the above service,i clicked on sync with service now.i observed a pop-up “incident is synced successfully.”

But if I check in service now PD incidents list,i could not find the expected incident.

What could be the issue here.Im not able to find any logs to investigate further.

Please advise on immediate basis.
