Option to select low-urgency Incidents under Analytics

I think it would be useful to have the option to present data on low-urgency Incidents. This is particularly to my organisation, as we tend to set everything to low-urgency during the evaluation phase prior to go-live so that Responders are not disturbed.

I realise we could write an API call to retrieve this data, but it would be nice to have the information readily available within the product for all users/teams to easily access via a dropdown option on the Analytics pages.

Thats for reaching out and letting is know this is something you’d like to see added. We have internally +1’d an outstanding feature request for this type of reporting.
