HI , I am trying add priority to the incidents which are already there but i did not find the the option to save the priority permanently to the particular incident , How i can do that permanent priority mapping to incidents ? Thanks
To set Priorities on incidents, make sure priorities are enabled on your account. You’ll need to be an Account Owner or Admin to enable those:
Once you have priorities enabled, there will be a dropdown in the header of an incident for you to select the appropriate priority. You can change this on open or closed incidents, and when you create new incidents in the UI, you’ll be able to set the initial priority. That’s all described on the support page as well.
