How can I create suggested Technical dependencies manually?

I want my service with other suggested technical dependencies. Can I add manually ?

Thanks for reaching out on our Community space! There should be an option to do this on the right-hand sidebar of an incident - are you not seeing this? Or on a Service profile, you will see a ‘service dependency’ tab where you can map this directly -
