Form of Wiki or knowledge managemnt

Hallo to All,

I am considering to integrate pager duty in our process. With the build piline we have a great tool to manage incidents. My question is, is there a way to admin already known incidents oder problems. Like an form knowledge managment or a wiki in one page for 1st lvl supporters?

Hi Christoph, in the integration section of PagerDuty, you can specify a URL in the Add-on Settings section. This URL could point to a HTLM page with instructions for known issues. You can have different URLs for different services. I hope it helps.
