Extension is being disabled periodically


I have a nagios extension that is hooked up with allow list into back into my environment. It works for a duration of time before it stops working, at which point we’d have to go into extensions page in PD to re-enable the extension. Is there a way to see why the extension was disabled so we can troubleshoot the problem, it’s causing inconsistent alerting/acknowledgements.
