Error when sending email from Salesforce when PagerDuty is enabled

When “Enable PagerDuty triggers on Case Creation and Case Comment” is checked, we get the following error trying to send an email from a case in Salesforce.

We can’t save this record because the “Email Auto Update Provided To Customer” process failed. Give your Salesforce admin these details. This error occurred when the flow tried to update records: CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY: pagerdutyinc.PagerDutyTrigger: System.LimitException: pagerdutyinc:Too many SOQL queries: 101. Can you help determine what is causing this error?

Same here, raised a ticket with PD support and with SF but still nothing concrete to resolve. we are reviewing the few flows we have for the Case obj yet all has started with the PD integration.

Any luck with PD @luca.pacini?
We are having this issue for over 2 years now. Updating to the most recent package only made things worse :frowning:

As of 06-02-2023, we are as well having this issue with a simple flow updating fields on the Case object. This needs to be adressed
