Ensure Primary and Secondary responders are different when overlap between Primary and Secondary groups

I have the same question/request as detailed in this locked thread.

The Secondary group of responders is a subset of the Primary and we want to ensure that the same individual is not selected for both. The work-arounds suggested in the thread are not ideal for us, and as the thread is a couple years old, I wanted to see if there was functionality added to address this.

Iā€™m afraid that we do not have any additional workarounds in place aside from the suggestions Malcolm provided. Our Product Team is always looking for feedback and ways to improve, so I would be happy to submit this request to them.
