Easier way to send email updates at incident creation?

Hello, I was wondering if there was a way to improve the process we have by using pagerduty. We use status updates and subscribers for text communications to stakeholders but we also use outlook to send communications to employees.

Our current process is sending status updates text communications through pager duty and then manually creating an email from a template and adding whoever needs to be on it and then sending it off from outlook. Is it possible to do that portion all in one place inside pager duty?

When posting a status update on an incident in PagerDuty, there is an option to send a customised email. Please see our Knowledge base here for sending status updates with rich text email notifications. Please note that users need to have email notifications set up for status updates to receive the status update email.
