Don't automatically resolve ticket just comment to it

We have PagerDuty connected with Alertmanager (Prometheus Integration).
And on resolve form Alertmanager we would like to comment to Incident and not resolve it.

Is it possible?

Possibly, but you’d have to change the behavior from Alert Manager somehow to add a note to an incident rather than resolve it. Take a look at Alert Manager Executor to explore executing a shell/python script to achieve your desired results.

Another suggestion is PagerDuty’s Runbook Automation solution to implement the desired workflow and outcome.
