Direct link to team incidents and schedule

Hey guys!

Is there a way to have a direct link to a team’s incidents or schedule? If not, could you please consider adding something like this?

Context:
I use a tool for “bookmarks” and I couldn’t find a way to make it work well with PD because the selected team id seems to be kept in the user session instead of in the URL.

It would be helpful to have the Team id as part of the URL, something like: https://org.pagerduty.com/TEAM-ID/incidents or https://org.pagerduty.com/incidents?team=TEAM-ID

Hi Felipe,

This isn’t something we offer right now, but thanks for reaching out with the suggestion.

I will take your feedback and pass this along to our product team who would own this!

John

A Team in PagerDuty is just a view. If you’re a member of a Team, you can select My Teams -> My Teams and (a cookie?) sets this as your default view.

Is there a reason you need to view a single Team (which would determine which Incidents to display based on the Escalation Policies associated with the Team, and the Services associated with those Escalation Policies) by bookmark?

Hi there Felipe –
We are working on some related projects where you can see a Team’s view of services, built into the URL so you can bookmark it. Would you be interested in seeing a new view of your /services list with a teams filter built into the URL? If so, please contact me - lilia@pagerduty.com - an include your subdomain information and I can give you more details!

I just started with PagerDuty, and I don’t want to have to switch to “My Teams” from “All Teams” every time I log in, it would be great if there was a way to bookmark the “My Teams” view or set my profile up to default to the “My Teams” view

Hi Mike,

We appreciate this additional feedback!
