Our customer has a reporting criteria of 15 minutes for an incident of a certain type, and we are trying to automate a notification solution to them.
We have identified a certain set of criteria which trigger an alert on a particular service, which will then automatically trigger a workflow -
We only use business services in our external status pages, as we want to limit was is exposed there to certain incidents only. But being able to trigger an event like this will streamline our service and ensure we meet our SLA
