Confirmed: Salesforce integration supports Record Types

In Salesforce, within PagerDuty Configuration, using an Action of Set [Object] field value, if the object has diverse Record Types, you can just Select [Object] field of Record Type ID and Select value of the name of the Record Type you’d like PagerDuty to be creating/updating. Basic example here with the Case object and a Record Type of Customer Support Case:
