Can't find auto-resolve feature

  1. Click on the Alarms tab, and click one of your alarms.
  2. Near the top of the page, you’ll see “Auto resolve”. Click “change”.
  3. Set the amount of time after which the alarm is auto-resolved. This should be set according to the amount of time an alarm would take to run out of people to notify (as specified by the rules set in your alarm group).

There is no alarms tab I can find. Was this moved or how can I access?

This bit us recently as we had some very old alerts that were not resolved and the failure happened again and was suppressed by alerting. I want to make sure that does not happen again.

That’s a really old blog referenced, long since changed in the product! Today, auto-resolve is a setting on your technical services and would apply only to new incidents created.
