Attachments

Can we add attachments in the incident ticket?

Hi there,

File attachment is not supported at this time. You can, however, include links to files when sending events via our Events V2 API and the Events V1 APIs. The previous link takes you to info on including these in v2. You can go to Events v1 info by clicking in the table of contents to the left.

I am also unable to attach file documents to the ticket. so i hope someone will guide me
