We need a way to automate Mean time to Acknowledge and mean time to resolve. The goal would be to have MTTA/MTTR data available through the API, and allow us to call it and consume the data however we see fit.

Filters could be date range, team, responder, service, incident priority, urgency.

I had submitted an equivalent ticket.
