Allow on-call handoff notifications to be set up for greater than 48 hours

We need to be able to set up on-call handoff notifications for greater than 48 hours. Our rotation changes on Mondays. We need notifications set up for Wed and/or Friday of the week before so changes can be made, if needed.

Currently, it is not possible to configure on-call handoff notifications more than 48 hours in advance. However, happy to pass your feedback along for future consideration!
