Adding data to existing incident/alert via API

Dear PD Team,

I would like to know how I can use your API to add additional data to the existing alert/incident. I want to send text data that will include, URLs and tracebacks. What’s the best way to achieve that?


Hi Marcin,

You can send a PUT request on the incidents endpoint in order to update the incident after it has been created and add any additional details to the incident.

You can add a note to an incident or update the title, that’s about it. No images, etc. after creation. You can’t add anything to an alert at all.
